The preparation materials for filing are as follows:

Subject nature
Name of the organizer
Corporate facial recognition
postal address
Temporary Residence Permit (for individuals who are registered and not from this province, temporary residence permits, social security certificates, property certificates, and other temporary residence certificates are required)
Subject ID type
Subject ID number
Subject ID address
Main ID photo
Name of the main person in charge
Contact phone number, email, emergency contact information, ID type, ID number, ID validity period, and photos of the front and back of the ID of the person in charge
Authorization Letter (When the person in charge of the entity is not a legal person, an authorization letter from the person in charge of the entity is required. When the person in charge of the mini program is not a legal person, an authorization letter from the person in charge of the mini program is required. The document template can be downloaded from WeChat Mini Program Management)
Name and ID number of the legal representative
Pre approval items (if they do not involve pre approval items, they also need to be filled in with "none of the above are involved")
Name, contact phone number, email address, emergency contact information, ID type, ID number, ID validity period, ID photo, and authorization letter of the mini program manager (if the mini program manager is not a legal entity, an authorization letter from the mini program manager is required)

After preparing the materials, log in to the WeChat public platform（ https://mp.weixin.qq.com ）Go to Settings (left sidebar) ->Basic Settings (right side), and scroll down to find Mini Program Filing.

Click on record and follow the prompts to fill in the information in sequence
